FA Free Flow Series
Whenever conventional plate heat exchangers meet their limitations is where the field of application for GEA’s FA Free Flow plate heat exchanger begins. Their special feature is the constant flow gap width between the individual plates and the broad corrugation of the actual plates. The gap between the plates can be up to 12mm (0.47 in).
With FA Free Flow Series low investment and operating costs, they are a viable alternative to shell-and-tube and spiral heat exchangers. GEA’s FA Free Flow plate heat exchangers are ideally suited for media containing solids and pulp.
