January 13, 2020 – Universal Metal Hose announced it had acquired American BOA Inc.’s metal hose line (including expansion joints). With this acquisition, Universal Metal Hose, a member of the Hyspan Group of companies, will now offer customers a wider range of high-quality flexible metal hose, bulk hoses, and hose assemblies.
Universal Metal Hose is relocating all hose-related inventory, materials, and equipment, including the representation of metal hose manufactured by BOA Flexible Solutions S.A.S., to its South Holland, IL facility. All engineering designs, manufacturing documentation, sales records, and quality records are also being conveyed to Universal Metal Hose (UMH).
