SWEP ADWIS
SWEP has achieved breakthrough compactness with the ADWIS (Air Dryer with Integrated Separator), which is one of the smallest air dryers on the market. The ADWIS combines two BPHEs (a refrigerated heat exchanger and a recovery unit) sandwiching an integrated separator in a modular design. This highly cost-effective solution offers stable high performance, convenient drainage, and simple insulation.

Even if one primary circuit is shut off, each secondary circuit remains in contact with a primary circuit. The DF-type BPHE is equipped with SWEP’s patented AsyMatrix technology and is an asymmetric evaporator combining low water pressure drop with high performance. The versatile and compact EB-type offers improved heat transfer for the majority of wall hung, noncondensing boiler applications. The flat cover plate ads the flexibility for a wide variety of stud bolt options that makes the EB6T easy to mount in most applications.

SWEP M-type
The M-type (Minex) is a hybrid PHE (plate and frame heat exchanger) sealed by gaskets rather than brazing. It is a small unit, so it does not need the typical support frame used for traditional PHEs. Like SWEP BPHEs, the Minex is available in various combinations of materials.

The P-type evaporator has been developed from the V-type to optimize performance with the refrigerant R410A. This refrigerant has been designed to minimize ozone depletion and global warming in line with the Kyoto Protocol. The P-type is used in lower capacity heat pump and chiller applications.

SWEP QA-type
The QA-type evaporator is optimized for R407C/R410A in heat pump applications in the heat flux range 2-4 kW/m². The QA-type features a special injection system that ensures perfect distribution of the refrigerant into the evaporator. This minimizes the heat transfer surface used for superheating of the refrigerant whilst maintaining stable operating conditions.

The QB-type evaporator is optimized for R407C/R410A in heat pump applications in the heat flux range 4-6 kW/m². The QB-type features a special injection system which ensures perfect distribution of the refrigerant into the evaporator. It is optimized for high performance with the refrigerant R410A & R32.

Developed for systems demanding 100% stainless steel components, and for high temperature applications. They can be used with fluids that are corrosive to copper or for sensitive applications where copper and nickel contamination must be avoided. SWEP’s unique process technology enables a compact product with minimal material usage relative to its mechanical strength. The fully integrated Q-pipe distribution system is optimized for high-efficient evaporation and is the most efficient and versatile in the market. The QF80S is available in a wide number of plate sizes.

The QN85 is a highly efficient evaporator developed to meet the increasingly demanding requirements of efficient heat pumps. The fully integrated Q-pipe distribution system is optimized for high-efficiency heat pumps, and is the most efficient and versatile on the market. The QN85 is available in a wide range of plate numbers. Large ports enable it to handle high capacities.

The S-type evaporator has been developed from the V-type to optimize performance with the refrigerant R134a. This refrigerant has also been designed to minimize ozone depletion and global warming, in line with the Kyoto Protocol. The S-type is used over a wide range of capacities at the lower end of the scale in heat pump and chiller applications.
